Parlok implements an enhanced Trade Compliance Policy

Parlok Oy is committed to conducting its operations in compliance with applicable trade sanctions and export control laws and regulations. As part of this commitment, Parlok has implemented a Trade Compliance Policy to further strengthen its export control and compliance framework. This policy is a development of Parlok’s previous Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy, which has been in effect since the beginning of 2024.

Parlok does not export products to sanctioned parties or countries in violation of applicable trade sanctions and does not conduct business operations in the Russian market. Parlok uses best efforts, including contractual controls and compliance procedures, to ensure that its products are not supplied directly or indirectly to end users in Russia or Belarus.

Parlok requires its distributors and customers to provide contractual commitments confirming that Parlok’s products are not delivered to countries subject to international sanctions.

Compliance with these procedures is monitored as part of Parlok’s standard export control and risk management processes.
